Baji Com Terms and Conditions — Rules for Pakistani Players

01. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Baji Com ("Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing the Baji Com website at bajicom.fun, downloading the Baji Com app, or registering an account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use any services provided by Baji Com. Continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

02. Account Registration

To use any real-money features on Baji Com — including placing bets, depositing PKR, or withdrawing winnings — you must register a verified account. The following conditions apply to all account registrations:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You may only hold one account on the Baji Com platform. Duplicate accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
• All registration information must be accurate, complete, and current. This includes your full name, date of birth, contact number, and payment details.
• Providing false information during registration, including using another person's identity, is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.
• Baji Com reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in temporary or permanent account restriction.
• You must be the beneficial owner of any payment method used to deposit or withdraw on Baji Com. Transactions through JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, or card must originate from accounts registered in your own name.

Accounts that are found to violate any of the above registration conditions may be closed without prior notice. Baji Com is not liable for any losses arising from account closure in these circumstances.

03. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Baji Com login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. The following rules apply:

• Do not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• Do not allow anyone else to access or use your Baji Com account.
• Use a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service.
• Activate two-factor authentication if available, particularly if you keep a PKR balance in your account wallet.
• Notify Baji Com support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your permission.

Baji Com is not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to maintain adequate security measures. All transactions completed through your account while logged in are considered to have been authorised by you unless you have reported a security breach prior to those transactions taking place.

04. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on Baji Com are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals made on the platform:

• Deposits are accepted via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit card, credit card, and supported mobile wallets. The available methods and any associated minimum or maximum amounts are displayed at the point of transaction.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where possible, to comply with anti-money-laundering requirements.
• Minimum and maximum transaction amounts vary by payment method and are subject to change. Current limits are always displayed in the cashier section of your account.
• Withdrawal processing times depend on the payment method selected. Mobile wallet withdrawals (JazzCash, Easypaisa) are typically faster than bank transfers. Processing windows are indicative and not guaranteed.
• Baji Com does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, but your payment provider may apply their own charges. We are not responsible for fees imposed by third-party payment services.
• Any balance derived entirely from bonus funds that has not met the applicable wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn until the requirement is satisfied.

05. Bonuses and Promotions

Baji Com offers bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms displayed at the point of offer:

• Bonuses are available to players who have registered and verified their accounts. Bonuses cannot be claimed by players whose accounts are under review or have been restricted.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, and per device, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement. This means the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before the resulting balance is eligible for withdrawal. The exact requirement is stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Not all games contribute equally toward meeting a wagering requirement. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games and sports bets may contribute at different rates. Contribution rates are specified in individual promotion terms.

• Attempting to abuse bonuses — including registering duplicate accounts, using VPNs to circumvent geographic rules, or exploiting promotional mechanics — will result in bonus cancellation and may lead to account closure.

06. Betting and Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on Baji Com, including sports betting, casino games, slots, bingo, and live casino:

• Bets and game rounds are final once confirmed. Baji Com does not cancel or reverse confirmed wagers except in specific circumstances defined in sport-specific or game-specific rules (for example, a cricket match that is abandoned due to weather before the minimum qualifying overs are bowled).
• Minimum and maximum bet amounts are set per market, game, and player account tier. These limits are displayed in the betting interface and may change without prior notice.
• All sports odds are subject to change prior to confirmation of a bet. The odds at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to the settled bet.
• In-play betting odds can change rapidly. Baji Com is not liable for connection issues that cause a player to miss a desired in-play price.
• Baji Com reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where a pricing error, feed error, or data integrity issue is identified. In these cases the staked amount is returned to the player's balance.
• All casino game and slot outcomes are determined by certified random number generation. Results are independent and cannot be influenced by bet size, frequency of play, or any external factor.

07. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Baji Com. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and permanent banning from the platform:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets or interact with games.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation may be voided.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market.
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes or facilitates match-fixing, spot-fixing, or other manipulation of sporting events.
• Using Baji Com accounts for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to access another player's account or interfering with the platform's technical systems.
• Providing false information to support or customer service in connection with a dispute or withdrawal request.

08. Account Suspension and Closure

Baji Com may suspend or close any player account in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete required identity or payment verification within the requested timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7.
• A player's request for self-exclusion under Responsible Gaming provisions.
• An account remaining inactive with a zero balance for a period of 12 consecutive months.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact Baji Com support. Any verified real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be processed for withdrawal to the player's registered payment method, subject to standard verification requirements. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will not be paid out on account closure.

09. Responsible Gaming

Baji Com is committed to promoting responsible gaming for all players on the platform. Gaming should be enjoyed as a form of entertainment, not treated as a source of income or a way to resolve financial difficulties.

• Deposit limits allow you to set a maximum PKR amount you can deposit over a daily, weekly, or monthly period.
• Session time reminders notify you after a set period of continuous play, helping you keep track of time spent on the platform.
• Cooling-off periods allow you to take a short break from gaming — from 24 hours up to several weeks — without fully closing your account.
• Self-exclusion allows you to block your access to Baji Com for a defined period or permanently. Once a self-exclusion is in place, it cannot be reversed until the exclusion period expires.
• Baji Com operates strictly for players aged 18 and above. Age verification is conducted during registration and at subsequent points.

10. Intellectual Property

Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any Baji Com content is prohibited. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable rules, Baji Com's liability to any player is limited as follows:

• Baji Com is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, indirect, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform, regardless of whether such losses were foreseeable.
• Baji Com is not responsible for service interruptions caused by technical faults, maintenance, internet connectivity issues on the player's side, or events outside Baji Com's reasonable control.
• Baji Com's maximum liability to any individual player in connection with any single incident shall not exceed the value of the bet or game stake that is the subject of the dispute.
• Baji Com does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance windows and unforeseen outages may occur, and Baji Com is not liable for losses arising from inability to access the platform during such periods.

12. Privacy

Players are encouraged to keep records of relevant communications and transactions to support any complaint they may raise.
